What features will come with these tablets?
Just like last year’s tablets, the Galaxy Tab S8 series will have a thin and light design. All three variants have svelte aluminum unibodies with the heaviest model weighing just 1.6lbs. Each tablet will have a good screen-to-body ratio, but the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra will have the thinnest bezels and the notch up top. In terms of connectivity, there will be a Wi-Fi model and 5G model which give you more options. When it comes to 5G connectivity, it will depend on which carrier offers them and your location. What’s neat is that these tablets support the super-fast Wi-Fi 6 technology. Another neat addition to the tablets is the S Pen. It’s pretty much an essential part of the Galaxy Tab experience, and it comes in the box. This goes for all of the variants, too. Like with the Galaxy Tab S7, the S Pen will attach to the back of the tablet magnetically.
Galaxy Tab S8 Series specs
Looking at the specs, we can tell that the Plus and the Ultra variants are a bit closer to each other. They both have premium features like the AMOLED displays, the under-display fingerprint scanners, larger displays, and larger batteries. They’re for people who want more lifestyle features, but the Galaxy Tab S8 is a bit more modest with its specs.
